We’ve got our second super charged full moon coming up in a little over a week – and we should get ready for the ride it may take us on. Full Moons can produce eventful times for us – particularly on the ending front. However a SuperMoon “super charges” things and there’s no doubt that this one will do that.
The evening of May 5th marks this season’s second SuperMoon which takes place in the secretive sign of Scorpio. This is a sign that loves keeping a secret so be prepared for some hidden things to potentially surface here. Due to the planetary combinations at hand with this SuperMoon we may end up rethinking certain things – particularly when it comes to money or our security.
At the same time that the SuperMoon is taking place, Venus will be getting reading to turn direction – or go into her retrograde motion which basically means she’s going to start moving backwards. When Venus turns she makes us really dive deep when it comes to things of the heart such as relationships. Venus also has connections with money and our possessions so all of these things may also come into focus during this time.
You might end up thinking about what really matters to you at the end of the day? All of these combining things may make you face the truth that maybe what you’re striving for is not really what matters most to you. Maybe you’ve been over-valuing monetary type things and under-valuing your relationships – or vice versa.
Whatever ends up happening – the truth regarding what’s really in your heart will surface. Your values may take a turn here as you uncover what really matters most to you.

Any words of wisdom for a Scorpio who is undergoing a Pluto Conjunct Venus (in the 9th) transit? How will both retrograding affecting me? I believe that sometime in June or July Pluto will move back to 7 degrees where my natal Venus is and by the fall move direct over this degree again. So far, I feel very much so that my values are shifting in beautiful ways.

Transiting Venus is going to fall in 22 degrees Gemini at the time she’ll turn retrograde … where in your chart does that fall? That’s the place where you’ll feel the power of Venus Rx.
The SuperMoon itself is going to be in 16 degrees Scorpio … where does that fall in your chart? That’s where you’ll need to look to find out in what areas it will affect you.
The Pluto conj Venus is a separate thing and when it comes to the 9th house – the sky is truly the limit. The 9th is the place where your belief system lives and with Pluto working his transformational power over that – there’s no doubt that you’ll be experiencing a major shift. Your love nature could change as well as close relationships. Change is definitely part of this process. You could also become very enraptured in thinking about love since Pluto does have an obsessive side to him.
You gotta love the intensity of these planets sometimes but I gotta say that it’s nice to put a reason to why all this stuff happens to us

My Venus will be in my second house. My Moon will be in the sixth house for the full moon. (I find this out by punching in the date and seeing where the transit occurs on the transit chart on astro.com?)
I have just recently started a business where I provide in-home parties that provide lotions, lingerie, and bedroom accessories. I am enthusiastic about empowering women’s sensuality while enjoying the process of unfolding mine. When it comes to romance, my feelings and any walls have been softening. I have been channeling my passion (obsessions) into this new business and self-loving, but i do want to experience a healthy, passionate relationship.
I do have a yen for someone who is foreign (9th house?) that I met during a Venus Rx a couple years ago. He knows how I feel about him, but the feelings are not reciprocated (I feel this due to his lack of response/action). I think of him much, but I respect (and feel at peace) with having to let him go. Could this have something to do with a Pluto conjunct Venus transit?

Pluto conjucting your Venus is doing all of these things you’re talking about .. changing your feelings in the romance dept. as well as transforming your ideals on love and you’re awareness of having to let this person go. Pluto breaks down …. but remember he builds us back up and it truly sounds like you are in the process of creating a very solid foundation!
